Cranial- Sacral Therapy: 40 Minutes: $50
Cranial-Sacral Therapy utilizes gentle touch techniques to relieve tension & restore balance to the central nervous system, promoting the body’s natural healing abilities. This therapeutic method targets specific points on the skull & sacrum to promote movement, pressure relief for the enhancement of well-being & physically reduces compression on the nervous system. Client stays clothed, please wear pants & clothing should be comfortable.
Reiki Session: 40 Minutes: $50
Deeply relaxing, guided meditative state with energetic balancing & healing. Chakra realigning & aura cleansing, laying hands over the Ki (or Chi) network to open energetic channels. Client stays clothed; I recommend very comfortable clothing. I use light touch, lying on hands & hovering just over the body.

Neuromuscular Therapy + $15
Increasing steady & more forceful pressure, to reduce severe tension, break down knots, muscular adhesions, & scar tissue. I still have a steady flow & warm up to bring some relaxation but with focus on relief from muscular dysfunction. (formerly Deep Tissue Therapy)
Hot Stones + $5
Massage with heated basalt rocks held in my hands to provide tension relief, intensely relaxing.

THC Delta 8 infused massage oil used for upper body in place of my regular oil, “lavender, honey, vanilla scented”.

Pick your pleasure! Lavender based “destress blend” or Peppermint/Eucalyptus “sinus blend” are my most popular. Added in aromatically to the cradle & eye covers, not physically to the body. Other blends or single note options available.

Mobile Massage (aka Outcalls)
I do not openly offer mobile massages. However, if you have your own massage table, are handicapped, or an established client, reach on out.
On Site Chair Massage
Chair massage at your location. Corporate office or private party. Fully clothed & a great treat for employees or guests.
Under 4 Hours $100/hour + $20 travel fee
Over 4 Hours, travel fee waived.
Pregnancy &OR Lymphatic Drainage Massage, I can happily accommodate! Expecting mothers should be past your first trimester. I DO always recommended Dr’s approval. I have several pillow options (including a belly cut out for face down, usually works up to about 5 months) to make you as comfortable as possible. I can do deeper pressure in neck, shoulders & glutes but not mid to lower back. Just book a basic massage session & include a note!
Couple massages: my studio is large enough to accommodate. Contact me with date, time & service selection & I can reach out to several therapists to see if *we* can accommodate! I work solo, so I will have to reach out to the 2 therapist I know to see if they are available. 50% deposit & 72 hour cancellation policy.

I run appointments “on time” not early & rarely running late & included in all custom massages is a 30 minutes buffer, only a 15 buffer for the 45 min. This time allows us to discuss your needs every session & to ensure there’s never a rush. You can enjoy every minute of your massage on the table. It’s also not a problem if you’re just a few minutes late, so don’t fret, just come on in & relax!
I work by pre-booked appointment only. Same day appointments are available if available again!! Walk-ins are NOT available, as they may disturb a current session.
Cancellation Policy: 20 hour non-emergency; or 20% of booked service. No call/No show, 50-100% of booked service will be charged.
My personal recommendation for the most thorough & relaxing experience is a 90 minute session.
Inappropriate suggestive behavior or inquiries, especially of a sexual nature, are NOT tolerated nor welcome. This is an intentional space of sacred healing.
