Many of us talk about wellness & well-being, many of us have some practices, but in our modern world there’s so much stimulation & so many suggestions. How do we sort through all the good & bad? How do we know what serves us? I believe the answer lies within the term “practice” itself! Through trial & error, growth & learning & daily practices of mindfulness & wellness! That’s what I intend to dedicate myself to, to practice well-being every day for the rest of my life, and to sharing my knowledge & practice with others!
My goal is simple, to break down steps to implement successful practices! With over a decade (since 2009) practicing massage therapy professionally & just finishing a degree in Psychology, I knew/know there was/is more for me. I was lost & floundering for a long while; I needed healing & growth. It has not been an easy path. But most things worth doing, take a lot of work, effort, dedication, discipline & PRACTICE, but that’s half of what makes it rewarding & worthwhile!

Feral Health & Wellness Coaching aka Coffees, walkies & talkies: Monthly members / or $45: Coffee optional, talking optional, but we’re walking! Movement is medicine, mindset is manifesting magic. We’ll use our time to discuss how we’re being mindful, positive, grateful, & how we can put conceptual ideas into living practice. 50 minute walking sessions at a moderate pace.
Meditative Movements: Memberships only: Indoors or outdoors: 5-20 minutes of guided movements focused on breathwork & stretching our bodies slowly & thoroughly. Meditation for active minds & bodies that don’t sit still well! Especially great for ADHD & hyperactive minds & bodies! Traditional Meditation: Monthly memberships / $20 drop in: 30 minutes of traditional meditation, silent affirmations & breathwork. Add-ons hand &/ feet treatments: paraffin wax ($10&/$20) (advance booking to heat up the wax required!) or hydrating wraps ($5/each)(can add on whenever). I am honored & happy to let you, or to offer my assistance in guiding you into affirmations or gratitude mindsets, or especially to try to break through negative cycles & help rephrase self defeating thoughts & behaviors.
Monthly Meet & Greets: no membership required! 2 hours open house. I have space for up to about 10 in my Zen Den, 15-20 expanding into the kitchen & rear outdoor space. No cost or membership required, come check out my space, meet me or others, bring friends, come & go or hang the whole time! Community, openness & wellness is my goal, time together to heal & help & connect with each other! If you want to co-host or hold a mini class, like the new moon commune, reach out! Well-Being focus is the goal! Lets discuss what IS working for us!! Focused on implementing a gratitude attitude, & wellness practices! Calling of healers, psychologists, leaders, teachers & guides, feminine energy empowerment, growth minded people, astrology, metaphysical community, ETC. Creative Connecting: If you find traditional meditation difficult but get stress relief while doing crafts or creative endeavors! I can set up tables and chairs & we can just sit, make art & connect. Relaxing space, no pressure only creating for pleasure. Vision board creating sessions, or just coloring/working on our own projects. I have some limited supplies to share, I recommend bringing personal use craft supplies for personal projects.
