Many of us talk about, spirituality, lightworking, shadowworking, wellness & well-being, many of us have some practices, but in our modern world there’s so much stimulation & so so many suggestions. How do we sort through all the good & bad? How do we know what serves us? I believe the answer lies within the term “practice” itself! Through trial & error, growth & learning & daily practices of mindfulness & wellness! That’s what I intend to dedicate myself to, to practice well-being every day for the rest of my life, and to sharing my knowledge & practice with others!
My goal is simple, to help break down steps to implement successful practices! With over a decade practicing massage therapy professionally & obtaining a degree in Psychology, I am finally embracing my spiritual guides & gifts & ready to continue being my best version yet. I was lost & floundering for a long while; I needed healing & growth. I looked externally for a long time, but finally started doing the shadow work. Facing the fears, the doubts, unpacking the terrible things that were programmed into my psyche. With that has come a lot of realizations, release, increase in boundaries that has eliminated a lot of negative energetic people from my life & has helped eliminate much of my negative thinking. Law of attraction is very very real. It has not been an easy path, there are so so many marketing, manipulative & snake oil salesmen in this world, it has become increasingly hard to find guidance or even hear our own beautiful voices amidst the noise pollution. Many of us have been programmed with doubt & self loathing, instead of confidence & love. We are taught to compete & self sacrifice for money & material things, to indulge in food & physical pleasures, & we have shifted out of a healthy balance between the tangible things we can actively see versus the things we know & feel. This imbalance leads to disease & hardships that many shouldn’t be suffering from. I am embracing my feminine & masculine sides, & finally embracing myself as I am today & understanding that I will always be growing. We can still do great things with little knowledge, experience, & resources when the self is aligned & the intention is clear, but we have to be willing to grow & learn along the way if the outcome isn’t what is desired. But most things worth doing, take a lot of work, effort, dedication, discipline & PRACTICE, but that’s half of what makes it rewarding & worthwhile!
I’ve been working on the concept for a long time that the INTENTION, EXECUTION & OUTCOME must be in proper alignment for the greater good, to properly manifest our dreams into reality. This has helped me greatly achieve my goals & allowed me to see others, & my reality, with clarity. When I am able to sit in discomfort & peacefully confront the shadow, I am able to then figure out my triggers, establish boundaries, enforce them & build a better & more soul fulfilling life. My heart, spirit are aligned in light, I am a healer. I am me, always, on my good or bad days & that is enough.
Nature Therapy & Lightworker Services
Lightwork & Nature Therapy in Franklinton: 90 Minutes: by donation (suggested $45)**: This is a personal property & available as out call service to any local park, so exact address is not provided online. I have cultivated a relaxed immersive beautiful sanctified atmosphere in harmony with the wooded area I reside in & I am ready to share this healing sanctuary with you. I have a beautiful comfortable indoor & outdoor seating area at the house, or if mobility allows, a minimally cultivated space I affectionately refer to as Magnolia Grove, a short 1/8 mile walk through the woods. Coffees, walkies & talkies: Coffee optional, talking optional, but we’re walking! Movement is medicine, mindset is manifesting magic. We’ll use our time to discuss how we’re being mindful, positive, grateful, & how we can put conceptual ideas into living practice. 50 minute walking sessions at a mutually set pace.
Meditative Movements: Indoors or outdoors: 5-30 minutes of guided movements focused on breathwork & slow stretches to be present within our bodies. This meditation style is especially great for active minds & bodies that don’t sit still well in traditional meditations!
Traditional Meditation: gently guided meditation, silent affirmations & breathwork. I am honored & happy to let you, or to offer my assistance in guiding you into affirmations or gratitude mindsets, or especially to try to break through negative cycles & help rephrase self defeating thoughts & behaviors.
Reiki Session: 45 Minutes Hands on or off: +$50: Deeply relaxing, guided meditative state with energetic balancing & healing. Chakra realigning & aura cleansing, laying hands over the Ki (or Chi) network to open energetic channels. Client stays clothed; I recommend very comfortable clothing. I use light touch, lying on hands & hovering just over the body.
Cranial- Sacral Therapy: 45 Minutes hands on: +$50: Cranial-Sacral Therapy utilizes gentle touch techniques to relieve tension & restore balance to the central nervous system, promoting the body’s natural healing abilities. This therapeutic method targets specific points on the skull & sacrum to promote movement, pressure relief for the enhancement of well-being & physically reduces compression on the nervous system. Client stays clothed, please wear pants & clothing should be comfortable.

Full & New Moon Communes
The Full & New Moon Commune, we can practice freely within celestial rhythms to gather, align intentions & perform magik with me surrounded by nature in Franklinton, LA. Upon arrival we will begin with an energy cleanse with palo santos & sage, a bay leaf ritual for intention setting, bring & recharge your tarot, crystals, etc; followed with a fun social hour: perform/practice readings with each other if weather allows we will have a bonfire! I am hoping this grows & expands with music/drums, dancing, very go with the flow!
