You never have to undress more than you are comfortable with for a massage. You will be covered with a full sheet & blanket during your entire massage, revealing only the section of body I am working on. Being fully nude beneath the drape is easier for a therapist to perform long gliding strokes across entire muscle groups, but it is not required. Dress down only to your comfort level. I always practice legal & proper draping techniques.

Massage Therapy should never be substituted for a doctor visit. A massage therapist cannot treat, prescribe or diagnose injuries or illnesses. Clients are required to fill out a short medical history prior to service. All information taken is strictly confidential. There are various conditions where massages are contraindicated (not recommended) or need physician approval.

Pregnancy massages are available, same as my basic massage. I perform them in a side lying position if you are unable to lie face down. They should not be done in your first Trimester nor if you have any complications & should be discussed & approved by your doctor first.

Inappropriate behavior or suggestions will not be tolerated.

Gratuity: “Tips are appreciated, re-bookings are better” is my personal motto. A typical tip is around 10-20%. I understand massage is expensive for most of us. You coming back is the best compliment/tip.

I recommend for regular stress maintenance getting a fully body massage about once a Month. If you have a specific issues, long periods of time without massage or an injury you are trying to work out, then weekly or bi-weekly may be necessary, 30 minute appointments are available for specific area treatments. I always refer to massage like going to a gym. Once & you’ll feel it but it’s not the most effective, regular work is needed to maintain. I feel regular massage is far more effective than a few rough sessions. I work out knots & tension, instead of forcing them out. I have found this method more effective,  lasting & definitely more enjoyable in my few years of practice.
