Under continuous growth & evolution!
Many of us talk about well-being, many of us have some practices, but in our modern world there’s so much stimulation & so many suggestions. How do we sort through all the good & bad? How do we know what serves us? Well, I believe the answer lies within the term “practice” itself! Through trial & error, growth & learning & daily practices of mindfulness & wellness! That’s what I intend to dedicate myself to, to practice well-being every day for the rest of my life, and to sharing my knowledge & practice with others!
My goal is simple, to break down steps to implement successful practices! With over a decade (since 2009) practicing massage therapy professionally & just finishing a degree in Psychology, I knew/know there was/is more for me. I was lost & floundering for a long while; I needed healing & growth. It has not been an easy path. But most things worth doing, take a lot of work, effort, dedication, discipline & PRACTICE, but that’s half of what makes it rewarding & worthwhile!
I will have some regularly scheduled classes. Within the service menu you can select times that work for you, you’ll be given the options: “add a class” (I’ll convert the service to a class) OR “private session”! My class goal size is 4-8. I’ve got a lot of ideas I’m excited to start sharing!!

Coffees, Walkies, & Talkies: $15 class/$35 one on one: Coffee optional, talking optional, but we’re walking! My spin on traditional walking groups, with the addition of discussing how we’re being mindful, positive, grateful, & coaching on putting conceptual ideas into living practice. 60 minute walking sessions at a moderate pace. +Locations available+ 1) Crescent City Park crossing at Elysian Fields, meet up on Frenchmen or at the park. There are STAIRS over the railroad tracks from Elysian!! 2) City Park: Cafe Du Monde, along the bayou OR Harrison Ave Trails. 3) Metairie: Lafreniere or LeSalle ~You may book it as a service to create the addition of another class time, or have a one on one individual session (please book 1-1 if you need a slow or want a fast pace)!! &&& Monthly complimentary *class* for locals who are interested in memberships & want more of a meet & greet!
Meditative Movements: $10 class/$30 one on one: 20 minutes of loosely guided movements focused on breathwork & stretching our bodies slowly & thoroughly. Meditation for active minds & bodies that don’t sit still well! Especially great for ADHD & hyperactive minds & bodies! Or anyone in need of movement, meditation, & stretching! You may book it as a service to create the addition of another class time, or have a one on one individual session!!
Traditional Meditation: $10 class/$30 one on one: Drop in’s coming with memberships!! Classes: 5 min greetings, +20 minutes, traditional meditation, silent affirmations & breathwork, +5 min ending. Optional additional hand &/ feet treatments: paraffin wax ($10/each) or hydrating wraps ($5/each).
New Moon Commune: $30 & Private sessions available. The New Moon Commune offers a sacred space to align your intentions with celestial rhythms. each month, experienced astrologer Denise Hancock shares an insightful monthly forecast with a guided meditation aligned to the lunar cycle’s promise of renewal & growth. You’ll find a supportive group for reflection, personal growth, & practical action. On or close to the new moon each month. Monthly Meet & Greets: 2 hours open house with a theme! No cost, come & go as you please! See each individually for theme. Come see, hang, & commune in my Zen Den with me!
COMING SOON: Taco-about-it Tuesdays/Well-Being focus groups! 1 hour group meet ups, lets discuss what IS working for us!! Focused on implementing a gratitude attitude!! Creative Connecting: If you find traditional meditation difficult but get stress relief while doing crafts or creative endeavors, this is the class for you! I can set up tables and chairs & we can just sit, make art & connect. Relaxing space, no pressure only creating for pleasure. I want to host vision board creating sessions, or just coloring/working on our own projects. I have limited supplies, I recommend bringing personal use craft supplies for specific personal projects.

I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to actualize my dreams of being a “holistic healer with a gratitude attitude”!
