Hello. Kat here with a quick update. As stated several times & is simply the nature of businesses by appointment/reservation. It is just me in a single studio. This is clearly stated on my website, prior to all Groupon purchases. So I can only take one person at a time.
I sold an extremely reasonable number of coupons for my work load, I had over a month extra for redemption & my regular clients, so there would not be any time issues redeeming them. As the end of March gets closer I know there will be some who will not get in last minute. So get on the books now, there is still plenty of availability.
I WILL NOT BE ISSUING REFUNDS. However, EXPIRED VOUCHERS ARE GOOD for the amount you paid! My normal rates are $1/min so your voucher is still good for a partial body massage, 30 minutes. My hot stone massages are minimum 60 minutes. If you still want a full body massage you will have to pay the difference ($30-40).
There are a very small number of Groupons that have later expiration dates, this message does not apply to you.
