Cancellation Policy: Please notify me by the close of business the day before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. A credit card or gift certificate/voucher number will be required to secure your appointment. Same day cancellations or no shows may result in a 25% charge of the appointment price or forfeit of gift certificate/voucher. This charge will be applied as credit towards your next massage if you rebook with in 30 days. You may notify me by phone, voice mail, text or email to avoid penalty.
